Corn fufu meal actually contains less corn than you would expect.

Ingredients
1 cup of corn flour

4 cups of cassava flour
Water
Preparation
1.Mix the two flours very well to get the perfect corn fufu mix.
2. Put water up to boil, reduce the heat and steadily add the corn fufu mix into the pot of water while mixing at the same time.

3. As the mix becomes thicker and you can feel it on your spatula, stop adding the mix but keep mixing until a smooth ball of dough is achieved.
4. Add a few drops of water to the dough, cover the pot and let it steam for 2 minutes
5. When it has steamed very well, mix again till everything is well combined.
Enjoy this meal with your favourite soup!
