Heels are a lady's bestfriend. The higher these days even better.

High heels transforms an otherwise laid back look, giving off a sexy feminine/chic appeal to a look. Unfortunately wearing heels comes with a bit of discomfort and there is nothing great about that.

Fashion journal; tried a fabulous trick that works for a lot of ladies across the world and we are excited to try it out:

To alleviate pain in the ball of the foot, tape your third and fourth toes -counting from the big toe- together (you can use nude medical tape work but Scotch tape works as well).

And the (crazy) reason for taping your toes? well, there’s a nerve that splits between those two toes which causes pain when pressure is put upon it e.g when you wear your favourite heels, the tape removes any form of strain on the nerve giving way to comfortably rock your favourite pair of heels.
