MI Abaga, Desmond Elliot Gbemi Olareru- Olagbegi To Speak At Event

The much awaited all secondary school programme have gotten a nod from the Lagos State Ministry Of Education as various celebrities such as MI Abaga, Desmond Elliot, Gbemi Olateru –Olagbegi

The much awaited all secondary school programme have gotten a nod from the Lagos State Ministry Of Education as various celebrities such as MI Abaga, Desmond Elliot, Gbemi Olateru –Olagbegi, Julius Agwu, Tolu Sangosanya, Lanre Messan would be speaking at the event PROJECT CAPABLE was created to stem the tide of social and moral decadence.

A strategy designed to offer young people of Secondary School age the opportunity to discover the right path to self-discovery through programs and life coaching sessions specially designed for these purposes. The idea is to adopt carefully selected celebrities and youth advocates as vehicle of social change thereby having them motivate, inspire and educate several young Nigerians who look up to them.

The programme is Scheduled to hold on Thursday 13th November at the Indoor Sports Hall of the Teslim Balogun Stadium by 10a.m, with an expected convergence of over 2000 secondary school students from both public and private schools in Lagos state.

The maiden edition was held successfully in 2009 at the Indoor sports hall of the National stadium. Jimmy Jatt, Kate Henshaw , Owen Gee , Uti Nwachukwu and Ofunneka Molokwu are some of the celebrities who have spoken at other editions of the epoch making event According to the Team leader and Project coordinator EstherIjewere-Kalejaiye "Our Aim is "To directly influence the lives of teenagers by being part of their growth process and activities through out-of-class educative programmes and to make the role of celebrities and youth advocates more useful in their everyday contribution to the growth of the nation's teenager by sustaining them as behavioral and attitudinal change agents of our society.
