Iconic comedian, Ali Baba‎ who is the pioneer of stand up comedy in Nigeria was the guest speaker at the July edition of lifestyle event series, Brunch With Tosyn.

A brain child of Tosyn Bucknor, the fourth in the series held at Fab Lounge, Oduduwa Way, Lagos on Sunday 5, July, 2015 with the theme ‎"The Business Side Of Creativity".

Ali Baba delivered a mind blowing session sharing thrilling details about how he initiated his brand and carefully pushed it to the level it is today.

The comic act talked about the impact ambition, expectations, information and pricing have on individual creativity.

In his words, "The value of your creativity can only be defined by you. Your creativity pushes your value proposition".

He also answered questions from attendees on various subjects like how to price in a non-standardised industry and paying dues.

Guests at the event included Tewa Onasanya of Exquisite Magazine, Harry Itie of TVC, Funke Ajomale of FaajiHub.com and Laurel Maris of 'Ell'.

Speaking after the event, Tosyn who expressed her joy on the turn out of participants said ‎this is the beginning of more to come.

BrunchWithTosyn was created by Tosyn Bucknor to give fans a great opportunity to meet with their favourite stars in person, enjoy lively conversations while dining to fine cuisine and also learning tips from accomplished guest speakers who are experts in their chosen fields.‎‎
