1 die, 3 injured in fight over urine

A man has lost his life in a fight that emanated over argument over urination.

According to the report, one Friday Momoh had allegedly urinated beside a parked truck and the victim tried to prevent him after warning him against urinating beside the truck because of the offensive stench.

But the offender would not have such warning and went ahead to urinate there, leading to brawl between both men with Momoh allegedly attacking the deceased with a broken bottle.

The ensuing fracas led to a free for all fight, the victim was stabbed several times by Momoh and he died before help could come his way while the three others were seriously injured with stab wounds.

The disturbance was said to have led to shops in the area being hurriedly closed while traders deserted their shops.

It took policemen led by the Divisional Police Officer from Trinity Division for normalcy to return to the area while the victim’s corpse was taken to a morgue and the injured victims taken to the hospital.
