Children's day (May 27) is a day set aside to celebrate all the children around the world. From fun parties to exotic trips, it promises different forms of excitement for different childen, in different parts of the world.

Times have changed now though, and Children's day is not what it once was. Back then it used to mean neatly ironed uniforms and crispy clean white socks, and a march past parade at the stadium or city square in front of the Governor or state ruler. Unlike the more complex fun which is had today.
