Battle of the sexes: who makes a better leader between men an women?

In the battle of sexes, we want to know who makes a better leader between a man and a woman.

Many Nigerians have argued that women should be given more leadership positions in the country, believing that they make better leaders since they have an inborn ability to manage situations.

Proponents of this argument cite examples of women in other climes like Margaret Thatcher and Indira Ghandi who are still being revered the world over for their leadership qualities.

But to others, it will be an aberration to allow women into leadership positions, giving examples of the likes of former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Patricia Etteh, and other women who abused their offices when placed in positions of authority.

These set of people believe that women should only play complimentary roles to men and should not aspire to leadership positions.

On Morning Teaser today, we ask: who makes a better leader between men and women?
