Neverland Ranch has been empty since late Jackson left the US for Bahrain in 2005 after he was acquitted on a 13-count charge of child molestation. He however raised his 3 children - Prince, 16, Paris, 14 and Blanket, 10 on the ranch and it is for this reason that the children reportedly do no want the ranch sold. Other members of the Jackson family also desire to have the ranch remain in the family. Whether or not Jay Z and Beyonce will have ownership of Neverland Ranch remains to be seen.
Jay Z and Beyonce Eye Michael Jackson's $29 Million Neverland Ranch
Reports have emerged that American music power couple, Jay Z and Beyonce could very well be the next owners of Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch as the power couple recently took a tour of the property. The 2,700-acre ranch is worth $29 million and currently owned and managed by Colony Capital owner, Thomas Barrack Jnr with Jackson's estate still owning an 85% stake in the ranch. While Jay Z and Beyonce have not given any confirmation of wanting to purchase the property, the couple were reportedly given a personal tour by Barrack.
