The suspect whose identity has been withheld, was reportedly arrested yesterday, April 28, 2016, in Kamunting, Taiping, Malaysia.
Perak police reveal that the suspect, who reportedly hails from Kampung Stesen, Kuala Kangsar allegedly committed the offence on September 7, 2015.

Bakar revealed that Bukit Aman's Classified Crimes Unit had nabbed the suspect at his home at 10am, yesterday.
"Police have also confiscated three handphones and a pouch bag from him," He added in a statement issued today.
Bakar also revealed that the suspect would be investigated under the Sedition Act 1948 and Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
