Kim Kardashian’s ex husband Kris Humphries was sued by a young girl for giving her genital herpes in 2012. But now same girl cannot tell for sure if the NBA star is actually the one responsible for transmitting the virus following the latest court documents released yesterday.

Recent court docs filed by Humphries’ lawyers this week claim Kayla Goldgerg [girl in question] admitted during a recent deposition that she has no hard evidence to prove Humphries was the one who infected her with the virus because she has had multiple sexual partners in the past four years.
Kayla had mentioned in her claims that she had unprotected sex with the NBA star two years prior to 2012 and he gave her the genital herpes. But the sportsman insists he is not with the virus and has medical documentation to prove it.
Humphries is therefore asking for her lawsuit dismissed. Do you think he's innocent?
