'Okadaman' stabbed to death at a party in Lagos
Another cult war has claimed the life of a young man in the notorious Mushin area of Lagos.
Lateef was reportedly attacked alongside a friend on his way to buy sachet water but could not survive the attack while his friend, Ridwan escaped death by the whiskers.
The Okadaman was allegedly stabbed on the neck, shoulder, stomach and buttocks during the attack while Ridwan was stabbed on the neck before he managed to runaway from the hoodlums.
A landlord in the area, said two suspects have been arrested by the police in connection with the murder and they belonged to a notorious gang lord called Toba and that the late motorcyclist must have been killed in error.
“We knew that Lateef was not a threat to anyone because he was an easy-going person. Our street is also not a hub of cultists.
It was the party that brought different kinds of people. The two suspects are Toba’s boys. They must have mistaken the deceased for a member of one of the rival gangs.”
