Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has reportedly gone ahead with plans to release his autobiography despite a court order restraining him from doing so.

A chieftain of the Ogun State branch of the Peoples Democratic Party, Buruji Kashamu had prayed a court to prevent Obasanjo from publishing the book until the determination of a libel suit which had been brought against him.
However, Sahara Reporters claims to have gotten a copy of the book and read sections of it. The online platform can also confirm that the book has gone into circulation.

Obasanjo has in recent times made public criticisms of Jonathan describing his performance as below average and accusing him of destroying Nigeria’s democracy.
