According to RadarOnline, the 40-year-old E! Host, went on a double date with Leto and his brother, Shannon Leto who was dating her sister Monica.
"This was before Giuliana was on television. I don’t think it went any further than a date, but who wouldn’t want to brag about going out with Jared Leto?" an insider told the site.
Call it the hottest hidden secret of all time but Giuliana has promised to tell all about her wild past in a candid new memoir, coming soon.
