Singer urges fans to vote for him in Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards 2018

Davido and Emmanuella have been nominated in the Favourite African Star category of the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards.

The Nigerian singer and comedienne were nominated in the Favourite African Star category of the annual award.

The "If" singer just shared the exciting news of his nomination via his Twitter page, writing:

"Just been nominated for the Nickelodeon Kids choice Awards category FavAfricanStar !! Fans come alive!! VOTE NOW! @nickelodeon_africa"

Other African stars on the list include South African sprinter, Caster Semanya, rapper, Cassper Nyovest, Tanzanian singer, Diamond Platnumz and Ugandan Eddy Kenzo.

Fans are allowed to vote for their winner on the Nickelodeon website.

Emmanuella - Nigerian child comedienne to Disney star

Emmanuella's nomination for the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards, is a silver lining when added to the fact that the 8-year-old comedienne will be starring a an upcoming Disney movie.

As Pulse earlier reported, Emmanuella revealed on social media that she will be starring in an upcoming Disney movie.

In the post, Emmanuella thanks her fans for helping her achieve these new heights.

Already an Ambassador for yoghurt drink, FreshYo, at age seven, Emmanuella has been making steady strides in the entertainment industry.

She has also appeared in ad campaigns for Nickelodeon and Wikipedia.

The child actor also became the youngest recipient of the Afro-Australian Music & Movie Awards (AAMMA).

7-year-old Emmanuella aka Not My Real Face bagged two awards at the event held in Sydney Australia. She came home with the Best new comedienne and the princess of comedy, making her the youngest person to win the prestigious awards.
