A source tells In Touch magazine that momager is stepping in and taking control over Rob's health and weight problems.
“Kris told him it’s time to take action — she wants him to have gastric bypass or gastric banding surgery,” says source.

As we previously reported, 28-year-old Kardashian was recently diagnosed with diabetes and spent time in the hospital.
“Everything happens for a reason, so that health scare? If that’s gonna shake him up a little bit, and jump start his health journey, then great,” said his big sister, Khloe Kardashian. "He's taking it seriously".
