Reports reaching our Pulse Tech say Snapchat is putting $5.7 million where its mouth is, this time,on Spring-a shopping app.
According to Mashable,“…Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel isn't afraid to roll out new in-app experiences in an effort to grow user engagement and build a business.”
