Microsoft Surface Studio

The Surface Studio has a 28-inch 192ppi display containing about 13.5 million individual pixels with Microsoft's TrueColor technology. The Studio can also tilt vertically to 25 degrees above a flat surface, for use as a drawing surface.

Some of the other features of the Surface Studio include: a quad-core Skylake 6th generation Intel processor, Nvidia 980M GPU, 2TB hard drive, a mini DisplayPort,2.1 surround sound speakers.

At the base, the Surface Studio contains an SD card reader, 4 USB 3.0 ports and Gigabit Ethernet as well. The Studio also comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

There is also a new peripheral device called the Surface Dial. The Dial will allow you interact in new ways with onscreen content. When you place the Dial on the screen of the Surface Studio, a radial menu pops up and you can interact with it.

The Dial is also available for sale as a separate purchase that can be used with older devices.

The Core i5 variant of the Surface Studio with 8GB of RAM costs $2,999 while the Core i7 variant with 32GB of RAM will retail for $4,199.
