Telecoms tower operator rebrands

The company continues to seek both organic growth and acquisition opportunities to enhance its scale and service offering.

Helios Towers provides telecoms tower management services across the country.

According to several reports, Helios Towers Nigeria, a leading independent telecoms tower operator in Nigeria, has announced a corporate rebranding to HTN Towers, the name the company is widely known as by its customers.

The reports say HTN Towers is committed to remaining one of Nigeria’s leading independent tower companies providing comprehensive, market leading infrastructure solutions to its customers and the new name retains all of the values that have made the company a trusted and reliable partner.

Some of these values include: best-in-class service, customer focus, experience, stability, integrity and accountability, but the name change also adds a clear vision of long term partnership and reflects the company's ambitions in the wider African telecommunications infrastructure sector, sources say.

According to sources, the company continues to seek both organic growth and acquisition opportunities to enhance its scale and service offering, and is exploring strategic options including a potential initial public offering.
