Thirty-nine traffic violators have been arrested by the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).

They were arrested for mechanical deficiency, drivers’ licence violation, more at Lagos/Abeokuta Expressway during a special patrol exercise organised by the Ota Unit Command, FRSC.

Leye Adegboyega, the Unit Commander said the arrest and exercise, tagged “End-of-Year Operation Sanity Special Patrol,” was part of the agency's plan to reduce and eventually put an end to road crashes.
