The 3 accused persons, Oluwatoyin Adetunji (41, cashier), Oluwatosin Obademi (32, Cashier) and Olushola Ogunshina (39, ICT personnel) have reportedly been charged to a three-count charge of conspiracy, forgery and stealing at Tinubu Magistrates’ Court on Lagos Island, Lagos State.

The prosecutor, Inspector Nurudeen Thomas, stated that the accused Obademi and Ogunshina in their confession statements said that Adetunji brought the idea up, and told them they would each receive N350,000 Naira each if they cooperated.

Thomas further stated that their offences is a breach of Sections 285, 361 and 409 of the Criminal Code of Lagos State, 2011.

The accused have been granted bail of N200,000 Naira with two sureties each by Chief Magistrate, K. B. Ayeye and case hearing adjourned to February 22, 2016.
