The five-storey property was built in 1912, has a brick façade and barn-door entry.
Architectural Digest reports that the penthouse has double-height ceilings, hardwood flooring, three original fireplaces, soaring ceilings, full-length windows, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an indoor pool, a fitness room, gallery, and a rooftop balcony.
Taylor is reportedly staying here while her Tribeca apartment is being renovated.

This property was purchased in 2015 for $20M, it features nine bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, and 2,000 square feet of terraces.
