Officially, it's a birthday post for her friend, but Kate's incredible abs totally steal the show. Each clearly defined abdominal muscle deserves a whole damn party, which is essentially what the comments became. One fan shared: "Wait is this Kates post baby bod?! Tbh, I did a double take when I first saw the photo. Is that really Kate? It didn't take long to realize, yes, it is, and she does look that amazing. The appropriate reaction is sheer awe, followed by how?
So, what exactly did Kate do to create her toned physique? First, she became a Weight Watchers celebrity ambassador back in December. Two months after giving birth to her daughter, she set a weight loss goal of 25 pounds. "Health and wellness is my number one, and I always say what works for me doesn't work for everyone," Kate shared at the time.
Since then, she's shared updates to Instagram, showing her progress and blessing her followers with more of her workouts. Those include a variety of workouts and sessions with The Mirror . In her vids, Kate makes leg lifts, lunges, and more tough exercises look totally effortless. (If only that were truly the case, amirite?)
