'A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby' Totally Channeled Meghan Markle

...And actually looked like normal postpartum women. Both new moms looked likesurprise, surprisenew moms (a.k.a. their bodies didn't "snap back" a day after giving birth to another human) during their respective birth announcements. This makes total sense for Meghan (because, hello, real woman whose real body delivered a real baby) , but since TV moms usually get the Hollywood treatment, it's refreshing to see Amber's postpartum body portrayed realistically. They both wore emerald green. These two royals (both real and fictional) know how to dress the part. Apparently, drab colors are banished from their kingdoms. Here, both pregnant Meghan and pregnant Amber are rocking bold green coats during public outings with their royal hubbies. Netflix / Getty Images

Amber mirrored Meghan's regal baby bump pose. Remember Meghan's speech at Britain's 2018 Fashion Awards ? It's when she famously cradled her baby bump as seen here. And Amber of Aldovia definitely took note because she's mastered the exact same pose. Netflix / Getty Images

The new parents all bucked royal-baby-raising tradition. In the movie, Amber tells Richard, "I want this baby to have a normal life, as normal as possible." To which King Richard responds: "Well find a new definition of normal together." What a coincidencePrince Harry and Duchess Meghan have already been doing just that with Archie. The couple chose not to have a royal title for their son and gave him a name they loved, rather than a traditional family one. (Amber and Richard did something similar, naming their baby girl after Amber's late mom, Elleri.) "My mother took a huge part in showing me an ordinary life," Prince Harry once said, per Vanity Fair . "I am determined to have a relatively ordinary life, and if I am lucky enough to have children, they can have one, too." While some traditions must be respected, both couples are redefining what it means for their children to be "royal." Netflix / Getty Images

They twinned in tan coats. The camel overcoat Amber wore during her first meeting with the Penglian King and Queen looked incredibly familiar. After a bit of fashion-savvy sleuthing, I noticed the Duchess donned something similar during her and Prince Harry's appearance at the WellChild Awards. Netflix / Getty Images

Amber and Meghan matched bump poses *again*. This baby-bump pose isn't exactly new, but Meghan did it best during her pregnancy. That is...until Queen Amber hit the scene. Looks like she's giving the Duchess a run for her mom-to-be money. Netflix / Getty Images
