A recent study has shown that going on a holiday is not only a great mood enhancer but also good for the body and the brain.

It's the middle of the year and you've probably been working all year long and are beginning to feel the strain of the everyday hustle and bustle.

So, what to do about pep up your spirits, and in turn productivity level? Take a vacation.

The report further revealed that over half of people get more of an emotional kick from going on either a short or long break to see their friends or as a romantic date, than any other activity.

It also found that most people gained the most pleasure from going on a romantic break, while anything outside of the normal routine is a welcome break.

So folks, take that holiday now and come back rejuvenated and ready to achieve more.
