Airline increases Lagos to Douala flights to 6 weekly

The flights from Lagos to Douala via Cotonou and back will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Business and leisure travellers to Cameroonian capital, Douala will now have a wider range of options as Arik Air is set to increase its number of flights on that route from four to six weekly flights.

Taking effect from October 11, the new schedule is aimed at further enhancing connectivity in West Africa.

The flights from Lagos to Douala via Cotonou and back will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

In addition to allowing passengers connect to these new destinations, it also provides convenient connections to some of the airline’s international destinations such as New York.

Speaking on the development, the Managing Director of Arik Air, Mr. Chris Ndulue said:

“Nigeria and Cameroun share a lot in common as good neighbours and Arik Air is always happy to provide connections needed to foster closer relationships and promote trade”.
