The VMAs always hold the possibility of a bit of controversy, however this year, all our favourite stars appear to have been on their best behaviour. Stars usually break all the fashion rules at the MTV VMAs with their wacky looks and though there were a few, for the most part stars including Kylie Jenner and Karrueche Tranlit up the pink carpet in the gorgeous ensembles.
However, there were some who turned up in some downright outrageous ensembles, from Amber Rose's kinky red latex look to Rita Ora's sheer horror of a gown.
But who dressed better than the rest and actually got it right this year?
