A lot of people believe that most of the staples are either black or white but that is not always true. What makes a piece a fashion essential is its versatility. They are pieces that are workable for literally any event and with almost any piece.

One of the tell tale signs that you are not shopping fashion essentials is having a full wardrobe and still feeling like you don't have enough clothes. Trust me, I know how annoying that is. Here is a quick list to run outfits by before you whip out your card and pay.

The Fashion essentials should be;

1. Flexible

Like I said earlier, the piece has to be super workble. My rule is that you should be able to pair said piece with more than 10 existing pieces in your wardrobe.

True fashion essentials can effectively make an outfit less or more dramatic depending how it is styled.
