The fitness enthusiast who has shared recent shots of herself 'waist-training' during workout chose a crouching style showing off her toned body with her obvious chiseled laves evident underneath the skin socks and sneakers in the shot wearing her blonde hair tousled in a side swept wave for the selfie.
