Prepare clothes: Sort out your workout outfit ahead of time for your workout, maybe the night before, especially if you’ll have to go from work to the gym. There are many excuses for why we can make it to the gym and that shouldn’t be one of them.
Plan meals: Stop skipping breakfast and making up for it with bad junk food. Instead, wake up early and have your breakfast and probably pack a lunch with you.
Get your mind right: Get into the right frame of mind for a great workout. If you have to get a playlist that puts you in the mood, then do it! Or if you’d feel more comfortable with a workout buddy that won’t distract you, then you could try that too.
Sleep is vital: Make sure you’re getting your beauty sleep. Many times, the stress that culminates into full blown health scares and issues start with a lack of rest, so stop staying up longer than you should and go to bed.
Reward system: This is the one most people are gonna love to hear. After you have laboured and slaved away at the gym, make an exception and treat yourself to something in moderation. Also, remember the worse it is for you, the more enjoyable it is.
