Toke Makinwa and Eva Alordiah are ones to always seem to get their lips perfect! Anytime you meet these beaus; their lipsticks stay in place! And its frustrating and unfair to ladies like us who seem to 'lose' our lipsticks as soon as we apply them (actually before stepping out of the house)
The lipstick is a great part of our make-up routine but some us find it difficult to keep the look for the better part of the day if not the whole day, these tips we started has been helpful and we thought to share with you fabulous ladies!
Make sure dead skin are exfoliated to reveal fresh, soft skin. A quick exfoliation is done with a new tooth bush afterwards apply a lip balm to moisturize, wipe it off- you don't want to leave it on so that your lipstick won't slide right off it- afterwards apply your lipstick!
2. Use A Lip liner
Always use a lip liner, it doesn't necessarily have to be in the colour of the lipstick if its not your thing; a nude liner will do just fine, be sure fill in the lips with the liner, this serves like a coat to apply the lipstick on.
3. Apply- Use a lip brush
Preferably apply your lipstick with a lipbrush.
4. Blot And Re-Apply
Blot the first coat, using a blotting sheet- then reapply the lipstick. it helps it stay longer
5. Powder Up
Use a translucent powder on the lipstick if you want a matte look that lasts.
