1. Mix a few table spoons of baking soda (as needed) with oatmeal and add little water
2. Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste, going with a consistency that works for you
3. Rub the paste in gentle circular motions (making sure not to rub in to hard) all over the body.
4. Wash off with warm water
If you're using this on the face be extra gentle.
