This Google search keyword "three black teenagers" is causing wahala, here is why

The twitter account @iBeKabir aka cause trouble tweeted a video of himself illustrating the difference between search results when you "three black teenagers" vs results for "three white teenagers".

If you use the keyword "three black teenagers," on Google images, mug shots of black teenagers pops up.

While if you use the the keyword "three white teenagers" images of white teenagers pops up.

Is Google racist? Or the results are based on keywords that have been published on the Internet?
