Robin Thicke VS Marvin Gaye Estate: Who Will Win This War?

Couple of days ago, Robin Thicke filed a lawsuit against the Gaye estate, asking a judge to head off any legal action from the Gayes [who had allegedly accused him of stealing Marvin's songs] by ruling “Blurred Lines” does NOT violate Marvin’s copyrights. There are obvious similarities between Thicke's summer hit, undefined and Marvin Gaye's undefined as well as Thicke's and Marvin's undefined and so on.
