Readers Say Gen. Buhari Can Defeat President Jonathan In 2015

Pulse Nigeria voters believe only Gen. Muhammadu Buhari has the capacity to unseat President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 presidential election.

On Pulse Nigeria Poll yesterday, we wanted you to vote for the All Progressive Congress, APC, presidential aspirant who has the capacity to defeat President Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the upcoming election in 2015.

In putting up the poll, we took a lot of things into consideration including financial status, acceptance, ability and the will power to rule a country like Nigeria with its myriads of problems.

This is the question we put out: Which APC presidential aspirant can unseat President GEJ in 2015?

A majority of Nigerians went for former Military Head of State, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari as the overwhelming favourite, beating the likes fortmer Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal and the publisher of Leadership Newspaper, Sam Nda-Isaiah, by a whopping 50.0%, with Atiku and Tambuwal tying in second with 19.2% while Nda-Isaiah came a distant third with 11.5%.

This is how Nigerians voted:

50.0% - Gen. Muhammadu Buhari

19.2% - Alhaji Atiku Abubakar

19.2% - Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal

11.5% - Mr Sam Nda-Isaiah
