Should Prophet TB Joshua Be Prosecuted For The Collapse Of Church Building?

On the 12th of September, 2014, the guest house of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, owned by Prophet TB Joshua, collapsed and over 150 people, including foreigners, lost their lives in the sad incident.

The bone of contention here is that the initial plan for the guest house was for a two storey building but the church decided to add five more floors which led to the collapse.

The Lagos State government is all set to take the GO of the church to court, while many people think he should not be prosecuted, believing he is not to be blamed for the collapse of the building.

On Morning Teaser today, we ask: do you think that Prophet TB Joshua should be prosecuted for the collapse and the death of the faithful?
