During the electioneering campaigns before the presidential elections, the now ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), had hinged on the need to change, to bring the much needed succour to Nigerians, especially the poor and down trodden.
Do you think the FG should pay unemployed youths?
Do you think the Federal Government of Nigeria should pay the N5,000 they promised during their campaign?
One cardinal campaign point was that they would pay unemployed youths the sum of N5,000 every month as well as hand out welfare packages to the poor.
But as it has turned out, all the promises were just what they were: promises. As it is now, and with President Muhammadu Buhari telling the whole world that the nation is broke and the APC Senators vehemently opposing the move, it seems such a promise and many others were just campaign strategies the party used to win the hearts of Nigerians.
On Morning Teaser today, we ask: do you think the Federal Government should go ahead and fulfill its promise of paying unemployed youths?
