Man brutalised by police after he overtook Uganda's VP's convoy [Photo]

A man in Uganda has been brutalised by the police for overtaking the convoy of the Vice President.

There is impunity in Uganda as a man is arrested for overtaking VP's convoy.

A Facebook user, Bassude Sam, who witnessed the event, posted on his wall the photos of the man being dragged on the ground and forced into one of the cars in the convoy.

"This is what happens when u think you are above the law. The Kamuswaga being arrested for overtaking the Vice President's Convoy."
