6 persons confirmed dead in Kogi autocrash

The body of the deceased have already been deposited at the Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja.

The accident involving three vehicle also led twelve other people to sustain massive injuries according to the Daily Post News.

A truck moving at high speed reportedly had an head-on collision with an oncoming Toyota Hiace bus, while the third transport utility, a Nissan Primera car simply ran into them.

The injured victims have already been taken to the  Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja for medical attention, with the body of the deceased deposited at the hospital morgue.

Segun Martins, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Sector Commander gave the confirmation in an interaction with newsmen.
