Prostitute cuts off customer's manhood after he refused to pay for sex (Video)

A Kenyan who slept with a prostitute and refused to pay her fees has had his manhood cut off by the angry woman.

The incident which happened in Nakuru, a town in the mid-west of the East African country, where it was reported that the 31-year-old man said to be a tout, had picked the commercial sex worker  along the street and took her to his room for sex.

But after the bout, there was a disagreement on the amount to be paid and the man told her to go to hell as he would not even pay her a dime.

This got the scarlet lady angry and a fight ensued between them and the woman picked up a knife and cut off his penis.

The man was later rushed to Nairobi Women's Hospital in Nakuru where he is being treated while the woman is on the run.

Free Area Chief, Stephen Macharia said a member of the Nyumba Kumi initiative and a taxi driver informed him of the incident through a phone call.

"The victim told me that he picked the woman from the streets but unfortunately, they did not agree on payment in exchange for sex, only for her to attack him with a sharp knife," Macharia said.
