According to The Guardian (UK), the unnamed student will pay about N1.6 million (£5,250) weekly for the luxury apartment in Mayfair, West London.
American fashion student pays N6.3m monthly rent for luxury apartment
An American fashion student is the news for agreeing to pay a monthly rent of £21,000 (about N6,339,766) for the most expensive student apartment in London.

It is one of a block of luxury flats in the area where mega rich students live.
The flats have stone-floored bathrooms, a 24-hour concierge service, a fancy glass staircase, a breakfast bar and kitchen fit with Miele ovens, amongst many other features.
The estate agent marketing the apartments, Peter Wetherell, told the news medium that the "apartments are “perfect for a wealthy student wanting a London home."

He revealed that that 80% of inquiries have come from overseas, adding that rich students from Africa, the Middle East, the US and Asia who study at the London College of Fashion, Westminster University and the London School of Economics are drawn to the area.
