Premium Times reports that the provost had shared that, of the graduating 13,000, 3,000 were to be awarded degrees from their affiliation with the University of Jos, while the remaining 10,000 would be awarded NCE's.

Speaking on challenges the institution has had to deal with, the provost revealed that the colleges of education in Nigeria are seriously under-funded, explaining that the institution has been unable to hold it's convocation in the last 10 years due to under funding and lack of manpower.

Another challenge to the institution as revealed by the provost was their lack in Student's accommodations, although he also appreciated the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETF) for their assistance with the provision of structures as well as other logistics.
