Boko Haram Militants Preach To Residents In Bara, Yobe State

According to reports, some Boko Haram members entered Bara unarmed and then went about preaching to residents to join their cause

According to Reuters, there was a surprising form of Boko Hara ‘takeover’ in Bara town of Yobe state.

It was reported that the town was unguarded and the Islamic militants gained easy entrance without firing a shot.

Reuters quoted a trader who identified himself as Musa Abdullahi and had escaped the town.

He said that the Boko Haram members entered Bara unarmed and then went about preaching to residents to join their cause.

Latest reports have it that the terrorist sect are reportedly beheading Christian men and forcing women to convert to Islam, selling them off as brides to Boko Haram members in Borno state.
