Zebrudaya, Sola Sobowale, Fidelis Duker to get recognition award

Three Nollywood veterans, Chief Zebrudaya, Sola Sobowale and Fidelis Duker will be honoured at the 2016 BON Awards in Abia.

According to the organisers, aside the 31 keenly contested categories at BON Awards annually, the ‘Special Recognition’ category, reward the commitment and contributions of several individuals in their field as well as in Nollywood.

For their giant strides and contribution as practitioners and veterans in the Nigerian movie scene, the trio of Zebrudaya, Sola Sobowale and Fidelis Duker will be honoured at the 2016 edition of the BON awards scheduled to hold on December 10, 2016.

The 2016 BON awards is billed to hold in Abia State under the host and executive Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu.

From Tade Ogidan to Former President of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, several distinguished individuals have been past recipients of the BON Special Recognition.
