The matter was not let to rest, by Nigerians on Twitter.
One Twitter user, Aminu also chided Dabiri-Erewa over her comments saying “such a stupid reply Hon.”

Abike Kafayat Oluwatoyin Dabiri-Erewa was a member of the House of Representatives from 2003-2011.
She was the Chairman of the House Committee on Media & Publicity, and she also served as the Chairman of the House Committee on Diaspora Affairs.
