Reekado Banks wants to make album with rapper Olamide

Reekado Banks expressed his desire to work with 'story for the gods' rapper Olamide in an all new exclusive interview with Pulse.

Today March 11, 2015 Mavin artiste Reekado Banks was live at Pulse where an exclusive interview was held.

The 21-year-old Katapot singer opened up about his adoration for Yoruba rapper Olamide.

He was asked who between Davido, Wizkid and Olamide he would like to work with. Reekado responded saying "I definitely would want to make a whole body of work with Olamide.Why? Because, I think we have the same mind set. i’ve worked with him, we have recorded like two or three songs together and I like how he thinks. I like where his mind is channeled to at every point in time. I’d really like to; if possible make a whole body of work with Olamide"

Reekado who found it difficult between choosing to do a single with either Davido or Wizkid once again chose to do a single with Olamide"Making a song between Davido or Wizkid is hard. Can't I choose one of them? Both of them are bad, both of them are really amazing. I would just do a song with Olamide."

"Olamide probably because I am closest to him in real life. I’ve only met Wiz and Davido a few times. I’d bond well with both of them because i’m not stereotyped, i’m very versatile, I do whatever kind of music because i’m trying to please different kinds of people, i’d merge well with either one of them."

Reekado is revealed that he excited about the remix of his Chop Am song featuring American-Nigerian rapper Wale Folarin and Olamide. He went further to tell Pulse that the two exceptional rappers actually reached out to him, requesting to be a part of the remix.
