‘Chetanna’ Set to Premiere at World Igbo Festival of Arts and Culture

The much awaited Igbo Movie "Chetanna" is set to premiere in Staunton, Virginia, at the World Igbo Festival of Arts and Culture.

Remember the Igbo language movie 'Chetanna' ? The movie will be having it's first premiere at the World Igbo Festival of Arts and Culture, from the 24th of July through July 26, 2014.

The movie features Queen Nwokoye, Ebube Nwagbo, Ebele Okaro, and Chigozie Atuanya. Directed by Ikechukwu Onyeka (Brother’s Keeper, The Duplex, A Private Storm)

Chetanna will also be premiered in a number cities in Nigeria, including Lagos, Awka, Aba, and Umuahia.

Chetanna is the gripping tale of an American returnee whose unbridled past in America has come to haunt his present in Africa.

A marriage gone sour; greed gives way to unprovoked vendetta and deep-rooted deceit until nemesis comes knocking while true love is caught in the web of mindless scheming.
