The clip also features Penny calling for help as everyone gathered to save her life, and then there's this moment featuring Alex planting a kiss on Mer’s forehead.
Speaking to EW on the upcoming episode which was directed by undefinedKelly McCreary, who plays Meredith's half-sister Maggie said;
“It is as terrifying and as shocking as you would expect for it to be. Get ready to have your guts feel like they’re coming out of you, because it is truly harrowing.”
