The soul singer in a recent interview with Genevieve Magazine revealed she doesn't want her daughter, Emerald to make the same mistakes she made by being put in the family way.
According to her, “I don’t want her to make the same mistakes I made. I feel like some of the decisions I made was because I was raised differently."

The singer recently shared a photo of the both of them in an elegant new shoot after throwing Emerald a fancy poolside partyfor her 17th birthday.
