Psquare's dad dies, 2 years after mum passed away

Pa Okoye is said to have passed away on Monday, November 24, 2014, days after undergoing a successful knee surgery.

Sad news coming from SquareVille; Psquare have reportedly lost their father.

Pa Okoye is said to have passed away on Monday, November 24, 2014, days after undergoing a successful knee surgery. He is said to have be planning to go for a regular physiotherapy program when he ‘just fell’.

There are no clear details on the cause of his death or time as the Okoye family including Pop singing duo Peter and Paul are yet to make a statement on the sad incident.

On July 11, 2012, Peter and Paul lost their mother Josephine Okoye. The twins’ mum who had battled with a prolonged illness, passed away in an Indian hospital in Kolkata. She was buried in her home town Ifite-Dunu house, Akwa Village, Anambra State on August 2, 2012.

It's not been an all gloomy affair for the Okoye family in the past two years though; as they have witnessed at least three weddings (Peter, Paul and younger sister Mary all tied the knot) and welcomed two children.
