TV Star Died From "Predictable Complication"

Joan suffered a brain damage due to lack of oxygen to her brain during her vocal chord surgery last August

Joan Rivers' death finally has a cause!

The E! Fashion Police co-host died after she suffered a cardiac arrest during her throat procedure, cutting off oxygen to her brain on August 4. But the medical examiner is calling it a "predictable complication."

This means her cause of death is simply a risk associated with either anesthesia, the procedure, or both.According to the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner's latest findings yesterday, Joan was sedated with Propofol during the procedure. The investigation further revealed that Joan had the procedure to evaluate changes in her voice and to deal with acid reflux.

The Medical office is proving that Joan suffered brain damage due to lack of oxygen to her brain.

We previously reported that the comedienne's only child, Melissa Rivers was ready to take the matter to court charging the doctor who treated her mother for involuntary manslaughter.

It remains unclear if there will be any trial after this report.
